Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the JMS Assistant website (jmsassistant.com, the "Website") and the JMS Assistant application (the "Application") handle information. JMS Assistant — Journey Marketing Studio — is a marketing analytics and reporting studio for travel brands, currently in early access.
1. Information collected on this Website
The Website is a static informational page. It does not use cookies, does not run advertising trackers and does not include social media plugins. For aggregate traffic measurement we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that works without cookies, does not track visitors across sites and does not build individual profiles. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operational purposes.
2. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us at [email protected], we will process the information you choose to share solely to respond to your message. We do not add your address to any marketing lists and we do not share it with third parties.
3. Early access requests
If you submit the early access form, we process the details you provide (work e-mail, company or brand, role, and the marketing channels you select) solely to respond to your request, assess fit and manage early-access onboarding. Submissions are delivered to our mailbox and are not shared with third parties, sold, or added to marketing lists without your consent. You can ask us to delete your request at any time by writing to [email protected].
4. The JMS Assistant Application
The Application is used by our own team and by early-access customers. It processes marketing performance data (such as campaign statistics, website analytics and CRM metrics) supplied by our team or retrieved from connected marketing platforms authorized by the account owner. This data:
- is used exclusively to produce analytics, audits and reports for the account owner;
- is stored locally on infrastructure controlled by the account owner;
- is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties;
- is never used for advertising targeting of individuals.
5. Google user data
Where the Application connects to Google services (such as the Google Ads API), it does so only after explicit authorization by the account owner, accesses only the data required to provide its reporting, auditing and campaign-management features to that same account owner, and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time in the Google account's security settings.
6. Data retention
E-mail correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation. Marketing data processed by the Application is retained at the discretion of the account owner, who can delete it at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data concerning you, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
